New Store Development Manager
Each new Shine Tech Franchisee is assigned a New Store Development Manager. The NSDM is responsible for helping the new franchisee with their specific Shine Tech location. Our NSDMs have in the market experience, as well as access to specific developers and brokers to help you with the real estate process. They also assist new franchisees with the Shine Tech Site Application Process. The NSDMs also review specific location functions such as population, car count, market potential, and other factors critical to the real estate opportunity. Shine Tech also has building blueprints and specifications to help franchisees with conversions and new buildings.
Project Coordinator
As a new business owner you will need to prepare a business plan, present the plan to lenders, and secure financing. Our PCs help you with these functions. They will work with you on your Shine business plan and project costs, as well as introduce you to lenders and brokers that are familiar not only with Shine Tech, but with them. They work closely with you, the lenders, the NSDM, and Product and Equipment Manager to help personalize your project. They also are your main point of contact at a Shine Tech, helping streamline your questions and comments.
Product & Equipment Manager
The majority of new Shine Tech do not have extensive automotive backgrounds. They are not familiar with equipment packages and inventory selections. They can rely on our P&E also works closely with the NSDM and Operations Manager to help you with the layout of the facility.
Mapping Analyst
Shine Tech uses the latest mapping and demographic information to help new Shine Tech Franchisees and the NSDM help analyze potential real estate location.
